Spare Parts Management

One of the elements of the Koning & Hartman service portfolio is Spare Parts Management & Logistics. Storing components, stock management and transport mean we take a number of logistical burdens off your hands. You can combine Spare Parts Management & Logistics with a number of other services such as managing from our Network Operating Center and On-Site Services - that way, we take all complex tasks off your hands, meaning you can focus on your own activities.

Spare Parts Management & Logistics consists of:
• 24 x 7 – 365 days a year secure storage of components (critical or otherwise) at various locations.
Stock management and detailed administration of serial numbers, configurations etc. of spares and/or other products. We notify customers if any stock/correct configurations threaten to fall below a certain minimum.
RMA handling nationally and internationally: processing and administratively updating applications for repairs to ‘third party’ devices.
Advising on which spare parts configurations are needed.
Transporting project-associated and maintenance-related components and systems to and from the site.
