Field Services

The Field Services department of Koning & Hartman also sees to performing activities on site such as installing, repairing, commissioning and maintaining networks. In the event of disruptions, our people will be with you on site within 4, 8 or 24 hours to help you rectify your problems as swiftly as possible.

Koning & Hartman can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week through one central emergency number. After reporting your failure, this is registered and you are immediately attended to by the right specialist, in a swift and expert fashion.  Field Services operates nationally, and boasts experienced and trained staff equipped with the very latest measurement and testing devices.

In total, Koning & Hartman has around 50 trained field engineers with telecommunication expertise to intermediate or high vocational level. Our engineers also possess a VCA certificate and certificates for NEN3140 and working at a height. Field Services uses an advanced automatic plan tooling, meaning the failures are observed and monitored. The service engineers’ vehicles are furthermore equipped with track & trace, meaning customers can view the status of the reported failures at any time of the day.
