Did you graduate recently and are you looking for a challenging job with a lot of variation and an extensive education programme? You are in luck! We are always looking for ambitious, pro-active entry-level employees for our Young Professionals Programme, who, in a short time, want to experience several companies and develop themselves further on a personal and professional level.

Over a period of two years, we place our Young Professionals at various employers and you will put to work on at least three projects. This means gaining a lot of experience in multiple companies, including Koning & Hartman. More than enough opportunities to find out where your heart lies and in which direction you want to take your career. Moreover, you will participate in an intensive and interactive training programme and have access to a personal Young Professionals coach.

By participating in the Young Professionals Programme, you will quickly find out what you want, what your strengths are and at the same time gain valuable work experience. After two years, you can choose to keep working for Koning & Hartman, or you will possibly be asked by one of the companies you temporarily worked for to continue your career there. Candidate profile

· Recently graduates HBO and WO talent (maximum of 6 months work experience)
· Diverse educational backgrounds; technical, economical and law
· Excellent Dutch language skills
· Passionate about technology
· Proactive, ambitious, result oriented
· Pragmatic

Interested in a Young Professional? Become a partner of our programme!

Are you looking for University and Higher Professional Education Consultants with an affinity for technology? Are you in need of young talent, but don't have the time to recruit them yourself? Then partnership in the Young Professionals Programme is just the thing for you. We offer our partners ambitious, pro-active entry-level employees to supervise projects and put forward solutions on a consultancy basis.

Young Professionals will be given a position for a minimum of 6 months within your company, thus allowing you to gain an understanding of their qualities. After completion of the programme, our partners can choose to acquire a Young Professional free of charge and offer them an employment contract. Thus, you gain qualified young talent without having to recruit them yourself and without additional costs. The choice is yours!
